Supplier Process Management Problems
The Aerospace industry requires a very high degree of quality and precision on every part produced. At the same time, competitive pressures to drive down cost are forcing the industry to source more and more content of their products to suppliers, requiring the management of complicated global supplier communities. Many companies have defined a process, but deploying it with their entire supplier community brings many challenges.
