If you add Trainees to a Document, and they show up on the Trainees tab from the Trainer view, but don't have a training record? What do I do?

 

This is likely because your notification service on your server has stopped or is not turned on. Have IT check on the server and see if the WPG Notifications service is running. (You can also try yourself by going to System Preferences in Desktop looking at the Log Ons. In the bottom left hand corner, it will display if the notifications service is turned on or off.) When restarted, the record will be created.
