NOTE: This error does not apply for users running Desktop Web Access version 7.03 and beyond.
This error most likely appears only for routed documents, for it does not check to see if the user has View access to the document.
This error means that they do not have view access to the document. The User(s) need to have said access to view it. We recommend changing the default access for the document unless that does not work for your organization.
