How Do I Delete a Document?

This task can only be completed in our Document Manager module.

1. Open the Document Manager module.

2. Select the Open Document Workspace icon (the second icon)

3. Highlight the target document(s). Multi-selection is supported using the Ctrl or Shift keys.

4. Select Delete*.

*Please note, this will delete ALL versions of the document.

 

 

5. Confirm the document titles targeted for deletion.

6. Enter the word DELETE in all capital letters in the confirmation field.

7. Select Yes to reconfirm the request. The documents will now be marked as deleted and no longer appear in the system.
