1. From Instruction Writer,
2. Open an instruction…
3. …and check it out. (You could also accomplish this by using File/Check Out instead of using the icon)
4. Select the target step for the illustration,
5. Then select the Illustration tab in the right-hand workspace,
6. Select the Add Illustration button.
7. Browse to the image/illustration. Supported file types include: .bmp, .jpg, .pcx, .png, .psd, .pcd, .tif, .wmf, & .wpg formats.
8. Once the file name is displayed in the file name field, select the open button.
The results are displayed here.
To remove the illustration, select the Remove Illustration button.
To change the illustration and replace it with another, select the Change Illustration button, browse to the new target image, and select Open.
