How Do I Undo an Archived Corrective Action?

Open the History tab in Suite Corrective Action since we can only accomplish this from the History workspace. By default, it will be opened along with the My Documents and the To Do List tabs when Corrective Action is started. If you have closed the tab, it can be reopened by selecting File on the menu bar and then select History.

Please remember, Only the person who archived the nonconformance may undo the archive.

1. Right-click on the archived item you wish to open for editing. For example, right-click on the NC under Nonconformance. Your number is likely different than the one pictured.

2. Select Undo Archive.

3. When the verification dialog box appears, click Yes to undo the archive.

Once you click yes, the system will start processing your request to undo the archive and return it to an editable state.

When the archived document is returned to an editable status, it will be put into the ToDoList to be processed like any other new nonconformance.
