The FAI Submission training class Online Submission of AS9102 First Article Reports is a 90 minute course for a quality engineer, quality inspector or manufacturing engineer responsible for entering inspection results for AS9102 FAI Reports. This course provides the basics of entering inspection and process results in the web-based Cohesia application. The course also details how to enter material and special process information, along with functional testing data in Form 2. This also includes instruction in the uploading of attachments. The course concludes with creating a Partial First Article when only some of the requirements change due to a drawing revision or manufacturing modification. Click here for a .PDF.
Prerequisites
Participants must be able to navigate the Internet, have familiarity with AS9102 requirements, have basic computer skills, and understand GD&T terminology
