• Powerway Training Center – Powerway delivers online training to the members of your community through the Powerway Training Center. The Training Center features include:
• Automatic registration – People are registered for the classes that you want them to take, simply by being assigned to roles in PoD. And as people’s roles change, the Training Center makes sure their class assignments change with them. This includes both the standard Powerway courses and specific courses designed and delivered for you by Powerway.
• Standard PoD Classes – Powerway offers a full set of courses to train users on the standard functionality of the PoD platform. Classes include Administrator training, standards overviews (APQP, PPAP, etc.), and supplier project team member certifications.
• Certification Reporting – Powerway provides attendance and performance statistics through the Training Center, for both the people in your organization and in your Supplier Community.
• Curriculum Development – If the standard training classes do not contain all the educational content that you need, Powerway will design specific training curriculum, per your specifications, to insure that the members of your community understand the critical components of your process, and how to complete their assigned tasks using PoD.
