We have received numerous requests from our SPC Examiner customers to increase the functionality of the current Export feature by including more data and more aggregations, making it easier to use other analytical tools for more detail analysis.
Powerway wants to empower you to dig deeper into your SPC data, and is evaluating the following areas:

Show your customer your capability
Powerway plans to leverage the Powerway On Demand platform to help provide more visibility to your customers of your process capabilities and controls. Powerway is already building the communities of customer and suppliers, and helping you share your capabilities with your customers is part of our mission. Convert the plan into action
Use Powerway's Quality Planner to develop the Control Plan, Process Flow Chart and DFMEA, and insure critical characteristic requirements are met. Take the results and feed them into SPC to help you develop your Product Configuration, and insure that your data collection strategy supports your original quality plan. Powerway is developing plans to provide this integrated solution.
Requirements Management
You may be meeting your customer's specifications, only to find out that you did not have the correct requirements. Powerway's Cohesia Specification Management product line helps your customer deliver their exact characteristic level specifications, and the SPC Series defines the data collection and analysis plan design to measure your performance. Powerway plans to tie these two product lines together to offer an integrated solution with the checks and balances needed by both the customer and supplier.
