To properly move the Suite licenses from one workstation to another, perform the following:
1) Check In or Discard any documents that have been checked-out on the old workstation.
1.5) If SPC Operator is used...Close any open sets.
2) Uninstall or un-assign the licenses assigned ti the workstations.
3) Then install on the new workstation.
If you do not perform this steps, the licenses will still be assigned to the old workstation. If you have more than one workstation, you can use another workstation and remove those in Desktop by going to Administration ->Licenses , and then seeing who has what license. They are assigned to the workstation's name. Highlight the workstation name and select Remove.
If, however, you do not have any extra workstations to perform this action with, please reach out to us at support@waypointglobal.com and we will be happy to set up a time to remove those licenses for you. We will need access to the server and the database.
