Typically, this message is the result of a security setting being tweaked (read tightened) to not allow applications without a manifest to read registry setting. We have a utility to add a manifest to our modules for systems that require it. Email us at support@waypointglobal.com and we will send you the utility. Run it and it should resolve the problem for you!
