What can be done and what is the process of updating and removing older versions of the template packs from Power Panel so that only current versions show up in the list when you open Policy, Procedure and Instruction Writer? I've already added the license keys for the newst versions of the standards, removed the license keys of the older versions; but, the older versions are still there and the newest versions do not appear in the list when you click on 'new template'. Does anyone have any ideas?
